Freezing All The Time Now

My favorite weather app is almost useless now. It has not worked for a while now, likely the result of a bad update. I open it and see the loading screen then weather info, but I cannot interact with the app beyond that. I have forced closed the app as well as reinstalled it. Still not working. Please fix this great app! On an iPad 4 with iOS 9.3
